Conditions to be met:

2. After 12 weeks :
   Take a new photo of your hair after 12 weeks of use , as well as a photo of the product used (always with the date visible in the photo film).
3. Contact us :
   Email our team at contact@luxhairgrowth.com or use our contact form on the website. Please include:
• Your two photos (before/after)
• The photo of the product consumed
• And any other information useful for the evaluation of your request

Processing your request :
Our team will respond to you within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your message.

Important :
